Returns

Before you start a return, we apologize for the bad experience. Please be assured that MORADO has always placed the highest priority on the customer experience.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Before Return

Prior to initiating a refund request with Morado, kindly ensure that your experience aligns with one of the following criteria:

  • The product has been damaged upon receipt (relevant photos or videos are required)
  • Loss of goods in transit (before signing for the package)
  • Received the wrong product
  • Product damage requiring manufacturer's repair

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Simply email us at sales@moradoshowers.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Reason for return
We will get back to you within 3 workdays.If you want to return the goods, please contact us before returning. Please do not return the goods directly to avoid loss. Once you have emailed sales@moradoshowers.com and all return requirements are met; you will receive a return authorization.

Please Note

International import may require customs clearance materials.
If goods are returned due to the customer's failure to cooperate with customs clearance, shipping costs are consumer's responsibility. We can provide a product consumption list and required certificates upon request.
Customer covers shipping fees for self-initiated returns, depending on the chosen courier. For goods damaged or incorrect due to our fault, consumers won't be charged return shipping or restocking fees
